Weigh less the natural way - It's all in the mind
 

There are some people that can eat whatever they want, as much as they want, and never seem to put on an ounce. Whereas another person just has to look at a chocolate and they put on ten ounces. Why is this? It has to do with the fact that your body will manifest whatever you tell it to.

Those people that eat like a horse and never put on weight do not hold a distorted 'fat image' of themselves and therefore they are not instructing the body to store the excess food as fat. Their metabolic rate assures that only enough food is used to maintain their natural weight and the surplus is eliminated.

Conversely the person who believes that even looking at a chocolate will cause weight gain, is instructing the body to find an extra 10 ounces even though nothing has been eaten. The body, being the perfect servant, will find a way to fulfil your goal even it means throwing the thyroid out of balance so that you can find 10 ounces by retaining liquids. If the person goes to the doctor complaining that he or she has put on weight even though they are hardly eating will be told that the thyroid gland is out of balance but will not be told why.

This weight loss program will show you how to identify the negative thought patterns or misperceptions and turn them around.

Whatever you think at any time has an immediate effect on your body. You can see evidence of this in a depressed person. Look at their posture, head and shoulders drooped, miserable expression on their face, lethargic movements. Their body language immediately tells you they are depressed. In other words your body tells you what is going on in the mind.


How does this happen?

Your conscious mind makes the decisions and the subconscious automatically carries them out. Once a decision has been made about the the subconscious it creates a picture of what you want and sets about achieving it. Of course if you are fearing something and holding a negative picture the subconscious will also give that to you.

You can liken the subconscious to the autopilot in an aeroplane. Once the conscious mind, or pilot has set the course he can let the controls go and allow the autopilot to take over. The autopilot will automatically make corrections whenever the plane drifts off course. In the same way the subconscious, which is programmed by the thought pattern given by the conscious mind, will automatically keep the body in the shape it has been programmed to maintain.

That is why if you fear being overweight you will always be so in spite of any weight loss diet you try. In fact, every time you think of what you can or can't eat you are energizing your negative self-image and thus assuring that the subconscious mind maintains your overweight body. That is why diets don't work.
