Where did it originate?
These basic principles have been practised for thousands
of years in the East and form an integral part of the
Yogic philosophy. It is only recently that Western
medicine has begun to realise that the holistic approach
is essential for effective healing. The Winchester
Foundation has researched and refined the technique over
the past 35+ years, and has coined the term Holistic
Hypnosis. It is an harmonious blend of the latest
Western psychology with the ancient wisdom of the great
Masters.People
are finally discovering that they are the masters of
their own minds and bodies and that whatever they want,
or don't want, will come about. That is a Divine
principle. These principles have been increasingly
revealed in the media for mass consumption, as people
search for alternatives to out-dated approaches which
have proved to be meaningless.
Society has played a
large part in perpetuating the mistaken belief that some
outside source is to blame for our predicament. We have
been fed half-truths and two-bit concepts to justify our
sorry state of affairs. Why should we waste energy
trying to learn about other people's limited concepts
about Truth? Why not go straight to the Source? Go to
the place where Einstein, Thomas Edison, Isaac Newton
and all the other great scientists got their knowledge!
And even further… to
that place where Jesus, Buddha and Krishna got their
wisdom.
If you analyse the
lives of those people who have excelled in any field you
will discover that they had found a way to enter this
inner realm and contact the "collective unconscious", or
the Universal Mind. It is here where they found their
inspiration, their formulae and the Universal Laws. This
is where Mozart found his music, and where Michelangelo
discovered his creativity. We all have that creative
self, but we are just not using it. Until we start to
express our unlimited potential we will never feel
fulfilled. Thank God!
Edgar Casey was one of
the first pioneers to show the world how simple it was
to use hypnosis to tap the Universal Mind. From his work
came the various Alpha Mind Power courses currently
being taught around the world. Today there are millions
of people around the world who have learnt how to
consciously enter the Alpha state and, in doing so, have
reprogrammed their minds. The MindFrame Technique
goes one step further by opening up the Delta, or
spiritual state of being.
Using the principles
and procedures taught in The MindFrame Technique
you can learn to tap into the Universal Intelligence,
just as Edgar Casey did, without the help of a
hypnotherapist. You do have the ability to reach this
state on your own - with just a little training.
How it works
The Technique guides you into a relaxed Alpha state
through a series of suggestions. This enables you to
bypass the conscious, analytical, outer mind and reach
the subconscious, intuitive inner mind, in the same way
as if you were being hypnotised, except that you are
doing it yourself. This is similar to a person taking a
bypass from the freeway, thus avoiding a crowded city,
in order to reach a destination more quickly.
The two main parts of
the mind, which can either function separately or in
harmony, are commonly called the conscious or left-brain
and the subconscious, or right-brain. The primary
function of the left-brain' is to make decisions and the
primary function of the right-brain is to carry them
out.
At the subconscious level, your brain regulates heart
beat, body temperature and breathing, in response to any
physical activity you undertake. Your subconscious mind,
being aware of this, always protects you. It never goes
to sleep and, at night, takes full control. When you
begin to drift off to sleep, your conscious mind ceases
functioning. This twilight time between wakefulness and
sleep is the birthplace of creative ideas, some of which
might have been forming in your mind for weeks or
months, and which may then suddenly surface in the form
of dreams or sudden inspiration - often when you least
expect it.
